Your decision

I don't know
By what principles or theory you go
It blew the danger signal
It was about my survival
You and dad decided
Confided to each other
And put a brake on my birth
You preferred death for me
I cried from the womb
It was as if the bomb was exploded
Tearing me apart into pieces
I was not to have an access to this world
You were working a woman
You gave preference as inhuman
What right you had to block my arrival!
You both acted as indecent people
One day you will suffer
No one shall be there to offer
Take your care
And look after your welfare
Motherhood is a great gift given by God to a woman. Do we have the right to end a life who is not yet born just because of our personal ambitions. You have depicted the pain of an unborn child very beautifully. Devika Das, Hyderabad, Mar 23,2018
