When you were falling you wanted
me to be concrete or earth,
but I wanted to be
the living being you feel.

I spread my arms.
I felt a blunt thud.
In my arms was
an amorphous mass
without feeling.
I rubbed my eyes and realized
that I dreamed you again.

Dok si padala htjela si
da budem beton ili zemlja,
a ja sam htio da budem
živo biće koje osjećaš.

Raširio sam ruke.
Osjetio sam tup udarac.
U mom naručju se bila
amorfna masa bez osjećanja.
Protrljah oči i shvatih
da sam te, ponovo, sanjao.
