Your Picture 2 - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Laying here looking at your picture
as I try to get a little rest.
Since you're not here I speak to it,
saying I love you sweet lady and I'm sorry
for all the things I did wrong and created this mess,
please come back my sweet darling and I'll make it right.
Let me just hold you and heal your heart.
Then the tears began to burn my tired eyes,
because I miss you and am so filled with sorrow,
I want to tell you how badly I feel
for all that I've done wrong.
I hope that soon I can just hold you and release it all,
tell you how precious you are and that I love you
more than you can ever know.
Kira you are my lady and I miss you so.
