Your Tears, My Love/ The Call Of The Papeeha Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Your Tears, My Love/ The Call Of The Papeeha

Your Tears, My Love

The teardrops which fell it,
Fell it from the eyes,
I could not,
Could not it then.

The Call of The Papeeha

The common hawk cuckoo bird
How does it call during summer
Perched on the fringe
Ashey, brownish, grey and cross-barred
So loud and repetitive in its call
Singing the song of summer
From the tree shade?
