Youth And Middle Age Poem by Dorsey Baker

Youth And Middle Age

His lustful eyes
watching her
she parades
her beautiful
sexy body before him
its one of those days
he has too much
time on his hands
sexual urge
is begging to be
let out of its prison!
disregarding
Father Time
he feels a false
sense of security
turning back
the pages of his life
he goes back
to his youth
when his body could
do almost
any task it was
asked to perform!
the lines are now drawn
between illusion
and reality
youth and middle age
will he be foolish enough
to try to cross them? !
