'Tis true indeed that youth will have it's fling
And the gift of youth it is a marvellous thing
The ageing bloke in the pub enjoying his beer
Whilst his young neighbour makes love to his ageing dear
The husband of her infidelities unaware
Not that 'twould seem that he would even care
For most nights he goes home drunk full of grog
And listless by her on the bed sleeps like a log
By her impotent husband sexually unsatisfied
So with her twenty one year old neighbour she is having it on the side
And for that one surely her could not blame
As many women in her position would do the same
Of the praises of old warriors we may sing
But 'tis true indeed that youth will have it's fling.
