Zaenabu Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Zaenabu

The sweet memories of my sweet cheerio,
Last night the bat touched the first fruit of love;
And the cat slept naked all night long.

This is not the type of woman to marry but,
I did so because of your poverty!
And Zaenabu is once again at large.
