Zpt #3 There Is More

To exist is to breathe
and to walk when you must
To stand when there is no call to move
To see what lies before you
To hear the sounds of now
And to touch that which surrounds you

To live is to know that somewhere

(Written when poet was eleven years old)

A note to the reader: I have recently spent some time revisiting my earliest poetic efforts and upon
