Ranieri Dante Janousek Poems

Adrift, adrift
Searching for a connection
That I could imagine
But could not achieve

"The monstrous is simply stunning"
Is that how it goes?
Or does it remind you of another tune?
To me, it sounds like "do ya? "

The Best Poem Of Ranieri Dante Janousek

All Night

Adrift, adrift
Searching for a connection
That I could imagine
But could not achieve

Amidst the rustle of the sea
For I shrank, I did not see
Just followed the pulse
Felt like substance abuse

The path of the exile
Buried deep beneath an isle
As roots became a murmur
Echoes softly the tremors of the trial

Looking up, looking out
A firebird on the ground
Was bound to bring this drought:
Answers elude like a distant spout.

The vessel, while makeshift
Brought me here atop this cliff
All said, I'm back to the skiff
Adrift, adrift.
