I set a thief to catch a thief
and catching that thief
was chief in my plans.
I often caught her staring
but she would quickly look away,
I did not know what it was she wanted
but those eyes told me she wanted to steal,
so I set myself up to catch a thief
but that thief stole my heart instead.
