But I think that’s a lie,
You seem like a fake,
It’s time to say goodbye.

You want to offer me your pain
It’s a pain; I’ve had all before,
You say you’ll give up,
But Pain, is something you’ll explore.

Everyone knows what they want to do,
But me, I live day to day
I never thought anything through,
I just live, day to day.

Going to tell this lie, it’s painted on my face
I told the lie, my head down in disgrace
They told me to go in there and give it a try
But in the end I walked away telling a lie

I watch the street and the cars go by,
I turn away, up towards the grey of the sky,
A mountain top, with a single cloud,
The times celebrating were all too loud,

Everyday on paper I read your pretty name,
And when I do, it leaves me never feeling the same.
Oh I never thought, I could miss someone just like you,
And even though I wonder, if these feelings are so true,
