Robins Olima Poems

Love is the only bow on life's dark cloud,
The singular sombre face; gaud
The dawning and evening stars that shines,
upon the cradle of babes.
...

Gracious mama
One is your number
With silk hands of care
Soothing voice of clarinet
...

Am not too old to cry
Mama, I need you to wipe my tears
When things go wrong
I will be coming home
...

waking to the warm embrace of the dawning sun,
another broken night;
another chain complete of broken dreams
of the winds whispering your melody
...

I’ll give all

I’ll give all I have
...

Love Is

Love is the only bow on life's dark cloud,
The singular sombre face; gaud
The dawning and evening stars that shines,
upon the cradle of babes.
The chattering birds, upon the wake of a new dawn,
The rainbow, vigilance to the dark lonely clouds
The intertwining of fairy tears of joy and sorrow,
Into a slightly fine linen; purple of hope,
Love is the flowing stream of emotions,
Springing from the depth of the heart,
Into the massive lake of warm salty tears,
Love is the mother of art, Inspiration of poets,
patriots and philosopher; a tower of hope.
Love is a light and air of every breath,
Builder of every home, kindler of every fire and every breath,
filling the world with the melody strains of an orchestra,
the beating drums, whose memory harms and yarns for but an endless song.
Love is charm, the only way of getting the answer yes,
without a clear question.
Love is a magician, enchanter that changes worthless things to joy,
Painful past to fruitful charms, with joy,
making right the royal king of common clay.
Love is the crystal, yet emotionless eyes that begs for an answer.
The solemn indefinite emotions, floating above the air.
The fragrance and moments of the beauty so rare.
WHAT IS LOVE? ? ? ? ? ?
