Injustice from the lady who balanced the scales, they have restored her sight
The law set forth are now like fields of corn that are ravaged & full of blight

Justice of a loving God compared to that of man has verily a tie that stands
...

For if your heart be like a boat tied and moored to the docks
Secure from storm and wave that pushes it toward the rocks

Throughout days and nights the rope gives a gentle little tug

Most people don't like their daily life routine changed or nudged
Even if they know it lays lack lustered they still refuse to budge

Its funny when you believe you have it down and all figured out

The late late show is over and her parents have went off to bed
Every Saturday would leave, so nothing was needed to be said

But we slip up the stairs quietly & leave all the lights turned out

Shooting Star

Injustice from the lady who balanced the scales, they have restored her sight
The law set forth are now like fields of corn that are ravaged & full of blight

Justice of a loving God compared to that of man has verily a tie that stands
God gathers to him all the evidence and can see clearly into the heart of man

Go your way and disregard the slings and arrows that seems to always rain
Pray for faith, hope & patience for it won't be long till we see his final reign

Beautiful heavenly bodies and its glorious stars, a universe no need to tend
Gods creation, he has stretched out and pulled the heaven to a indefinite end

In "Awe" to see a shooting star & the trail that is left on the palette of time
The elect think they know, but the knowing of God leaves them afar behind

Arrogance of men that came to test, an abomination never to be reconciled
Un seen his perfection and the aureole of light, it was not he that was defiled

In the Kingdom of God Jesus is building a place for the ones he has saved
Gold pure as transparent glass there is no street or path that goes unpaved

Walls made of jasper, the foundations adorned with many of precious stones
He wipes away the tears in our eyes & now in person his love forever shone
