a spirit stands in my room.
his story lies within the past,
just outer reach of my grasp.

Me and you are sitting outside of the world,
laughing like mad people with not a care for anything.
the others they look and judge us both,
we just smile, wave and do our own thing.

I do not want this anymore,
the rain, the pain, the blazing storm
as i rip my fingers through my hair,
i whisper to the earth 'it's not fair'
...

Years have passed, many fears and pain have come and gone.
The kindom of shadows i once hid in has now become a palace of roses, Full of beauty and thorns coexisting as one.
The once dark hallways now decorated with memories,
The throne made of sorrow now glistens with hope,
...

A few years into my adult life
You came to me by surprise.
I never thought this would happen to me
You gave me new dreams to visualize.
...

My true friend is a guy,
and i know he's by my side,
His loving heart keeps me safe,
with him i know there is no race.
...

Once again you flood my brain,
there is no way out.
the thoughts of once was you and i,
makes me sad and wanna shout.
...

I'm standing here, smiling
But I'm not really there,
I'm a ghost in the moment
And my life was unfair.

Years have past, new deeds been done
and i crossed the line of death.
Some wars were lost and others won,
but i did find love in the end.
