Sigitas Parulskis (born 1965 in Obeliai, Rokiškis, Lithuania) is a poet, essayist and playwright. He graduated from Vilnius University in 1990; there he studied Lithuanian language and literature. Parulskis lectures in creative writing at Vilnius University and writes articles for various newspapers, journals and internet websites.
