Why can I not find them, Am I in the wrong place.?

Lost in the darkness, fighting for light,
Only surviving is on my mind,
I've lost something precious, I've already cried,
Its time to move forward, without you in my mind.

I love you with all my heart,
This love is becoming something dark,
Its turning twisted from fear and hate,
My goal, to stop this endless pain.
...

Could never tear myself away,
Forced to suffer, forced to endure,
Can't push myself to feel for no other.

Now she's back in my life,
