Change Me

You think it's very challenging
To accept everything about me
You spend so much time complaining
The more you complain
The unhappy u get
You blame me for everything
Yet you don't have the energy to hate me
One thing you need to know
You don't have the power
To change the unchangeable
So don't try to change me
I refuse to change who I am
Love me the way I am
Not the way you want me to be

Poem of the Day

poet Percy Bysshe Shelley

We are as clouds that veil the midnight moon;
How restlessly they speed, and gleam, and quiver,
Streaking the darkness radiantly!--yet soon
