Let's Get Personal

This must be love
Because the truth hurts
I can't even begin to say the words out loud
Things happen
Things I can't explain
I'm baring my soul
Without you ever knowing
You seem so far away in your own head
Mick Jagger has stolen our cloud
And I don't mind
For the roses are more passionate
And my heart breathes a silent breath
You caress me with your eyes
But you make love to me with your soul
A soul that has no other reason
Whenever lies fade into the wind
My halo is still above my head
Kiss me and never take it back
You're my guiltiest pleasure
Beyond measure
Beyond everything that is the unknown
I can't escape you
You're always here
Oh the tears.
