MOTHER EARTH'S FREQUENCY


Mother Earth's frequency is 7.8 hertz
our brains are the same frequency
we are connected to her at birth.
Earthing which is laying on Mother Earth
helps your brain heal you—
yes, I am blessing her dirt.
Laying on Mother Earth
or even walking barefoot outside
makes you sleep better—heals your insides.
Mother Earth helps you with inflammation
and all kinds of things-
treat Mother Earth kindly
for the good that she brings.
