Pink Fingers

I can set out on a world tour
On foot, holding your fingers,
Your beautiful, pink fingers.

I can spend years in meditation
Like a sage, if you let me clench
Your pink fingers in my fist.

I can embark on a parachute jump
From the top of the Mt. Everest,
If I have with me, your pink fingers.

I can write a poem every morning,
Only if every night I go to sleep
Holding one or more of your fingers.

    wow.. very nice.
how you love her pink fingers is so evident
    more than a praise
    more than a motivation
more than an inspiration (Report) Reply

If a finger could inspire so much what other parts will....! It reminds me the poem Coy Mistress. Poet defines thousand birth not sufficient to illustrate the beauty of beloved her every inch of body. Nice. (Report) Reply

And your tea-set blue,
And your play-house, too,
Are things of the long ago;
