Red or Blue

The color of your face
When I look at you
The emotion you display
Is it red or blue?

By looking at your eyes
It isn't something new
The problem that your facing
Is it red of blue?

I can tell it's really troubling
What should I do?
I don't know the color
Is it red or blue?

I don't know the problem
But I can think of a few
I still don't know the answer
Is it red or blue?

I go to ask around
looking for a breakthrough
I think I've got it right now
On if it's red or blue

I tell her that I'm sorry
She says 'Not you too! '
Now it leaves me wondering
Was it red or blue?

I don't know what went wrong
I thought that I knew
Will I ever know the answer?
Is it red or blue?

Poem of the Day

poet Robert Frost

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
