self reliance Poem by nighttime daydreamer

I can see the future
according to plan
only natural to be down
then rise up again
like the rolling thunder
racing across the sky
builds up to a moment
suddenly lightning strikes
across the night
it shines so bright
then fades into nothing
kind of like my life
but i wont be down forever
cause that is not my nature
I was meant for greatness
call me the heaven maker
cause I create the world
that I choose to live in
whether bad or good
rather be how I should
this is how I am
bad can be misunderstood
bad to the core
or bad to the bone
rather be something greater
than this piece of shit Ive shown
right here now and lately
I understand my role
never go too far down
no, never seem too far low
never will be too far gone
I am way too strong
you should have believed in me
like I believed all along
I should have seen it coming
now watch the way I go
I chunk up the deuce
then Im out in a flash
like a spectacular lightning show
