Stained Glass Poem by Simon Brown

Your face
Like a stained glass window
Reshaped by years of sun
Dazzles my eye
But leaves me lost
Trying to impose order
Where no order exists
And there is only this beauty
Drawing me in
Surrounding me
Infinite

A vivid portrait and mindscape that draws the reader in, captures the moment, colouring both mood and visuals with such brevity. j. (Report) Reply
