Times laughter
The sound of time
Is so quite it screams
Each passing second
Is an eternity
Time laughs as our lives go by
Taking morbid pleasure
as it ticks our time away
Tick Tock tick tock
The tower chimes
The witching hour is here
Another life ticked away
It laughs Mechanical laughter
Tick tock tick tock
The clock stops
No more laughter
As someone cheats time
The clock shutters
Gears grinding trying to move
But no laughter
The tick tock has stopped
