the sound of nails hitting the ground in soft hanging thumps
is no longer there. The light shines through the wall of clouds

Smooth tears leave a trail of water as they roll down my cheeks
Why did i let it go this far?
Far enough to erase my identity like the dry dust that blows away in the desert
To a far land, stranger to every thing

Pain, heart broken, lost, and lonely
I in the crowd, i only
