The Battle of life

We are all up this morning
Readying for the fight

ITCHES OF LOVE
You shall fall out with friends,
and set eyes on their true colours.
Dressed in eagerness; you shall follow all trends, and then on many unwanted necessities wasted your hours.
...

DON'T CRY MAMA WHILE I TRY
Don‟t cry mama
for we are just pawns in this game.
I always try mama,
...

THE WORLD PITIES YOU
When you have entered the garden of your teen age,
many will come the ego and stiff pride.
That is life‟s slippery page.
...

I WAS ONCE LIKE YOU
I was once like you.
I had strength in abundance;
men chased me like a cat after a mouse.
...

Dear friend,
who thought this friendship, could sink like the Titanic ship? We never saw the end,
but I shall remember you
because your kind is few.

Once the coconut lived in a white room alone. One day he woke up to find water in his room. Angrily he asked water how she got inside because the door was closed and there was no leak or way in. 'I don't know, ask him' Water replied. 'Ask who? ' Coconut confusedly asked, opened his window and found no one outside. Again he asked how water got in and the answer was the same 'I don't know, ask him' Coconut threatened to send water away and she finally said 'Ask God. Only he knows how i got into your room'

I quoted in my play 'In the weaving of wise errors' 'Only Odomankoma knows the scribbles of his creation'
Indeed, no one knows how water enters the coconut but God knows. Only God knows what no man can ever know. Our fates and destiny report to him. He is wonderful. Thank you

ONE DAY
one day my role on the stage of life would be done
And the curtain of death would be drawn.
One day

What is love?

It is the feeling, as light as a mountain.
It is as bright as a shadow.
...

Just like the caring tit of nature,
At which every lip feeds.
Adamu is for all.
His kindness has always stood tall.

The Warring Generals of Sudan

Yesterday, they were friends,
Sharing the cake of power together.
...

In another man's land

Whom shall we call when we are sick?
In another man's land,
...

He Once

He once woke up with hopelessness governing his life
He once woke up feeling dead though alive.

The Battle Of Life

The Battle of life

We are all up this morning
Readying for the fight
fighting on different frontlines of life.
We are at war with a thing we can't see,
Life.
Each one is fighting a different battle.
I might not know your battle and how intense it is.
But I will say, be strong, don't give up,
When life throws at you its missiles.
Stitch your pain with hopeful smiles.
Change tactics, keep on fighting.
Stop at nothing.
Persevere,
Even if the situation is severe.
You shall win,
And remember to keep your heart clean.
