Riding on the first coastal breeze
Turned to glittering dews
Nurturing the olive leaves with soft wheeze

Tears from the heaven
Oasis in the desert
Mind of beauty
Art in writing

Your hair as gold as the wave in the fields of wheat
Your eyes as pure as the spring in a desert
But your smile disappeared since that moonless night
...

Can I keep you in gold or red
As fresh and deep when you smile in the sunshine
If not on picture or painting
But put into an envelope
...

With our eyes closed
We can see something more beautiful than that we see
While our eyes open
...

When I see you covered with a rosy veil
Before the stars twinkling over your ceil
My smile melts into the breeze of cool
To be carried through the Charles Bridge above the sail
