waiting in the draws of chest
patiently for her neck

A race to whom would
first
A toast to July we fell
in love

A ghost wonders the
room, a smile a woman
he once knew
...

Everyday every night
I go through this self torture
this agony this demise
wondering when
...

Walking amongst the crowd
he bows his head
covering his face
...

The boy grew up in
a society where
kindness is taken
for weakness
...

Like that I hit the ground
so in love I fell apart
only a few words
took a man away from heaven
...

Look in the shadows
to see he's world
There said to be others like him
a different breed

I see you in the distance your smile melts this lonely heart of turning to stone. I wonder if you cared nor shared these desires that pulled me away from you.I sit wondering who's laughing with you and warms those cold hands of yours. What happened to those days we touched spoke and brought the worst behavior in each other. The was a time a was spun around your beauty and the rythym bringing us closer than blood. Now it's fading painfully with every beat. It's i who's responsible i wanted more cause I love you more than a relative. The dreams, hallucinations now I love from afar I can't take it I need your shine and cunning. Angel's departed humming the blues. I hope you knew hope you dreamed too and loved I feel alone but you seem fine.Forgive my me for my escape it's heavy to love a friend.Hope to listen to your stories one last time my best friend.

The Best Poem Of Mahlubandile Phillips

All The Queens Jewels

They sit laying beside her bed
waiting in the draws of chest
patiently for her neck

her majesty wakes and graces
the day
the palace whips troops of guards
whom see her jewels aren't wondering
in mens darkest attempt

plotting in shadow's while the queen's
asleep in dream's of victory
her vanguard yawn in nights under
the stars, nature running it's course

through the shadows men take
her jewels, a tiara shines her necklaces
bling in need of help as the take off to
another land
a land of greed and evil

as morning arises the queen's breaks
a scream, echoing through the world's
mouth, a break in at the palace at night
shadows rejoice in wealth while her majesty
greifs left only a broken piece of jewel
her heart an heirloom work her jewels.

Mahlubandile Phillips Quotes

Don't cry for something you wanted but never fought for it.

How devious they can mistake kindness for weakness

Railways have no end like broken hearts of men

No pain is greater than a father watches his daughter die in his arms

Vengeance tastes better with time
