Kristy opened me up today.
It felt so good to be out of that box- it felt so good to stretch out my body.
I was on that shelf for as long as I can remember.
I am used to just wearing one outfit for a long time.
...

He asked me to marry him today.
Do I say yes?
Do I say yes to living with him for the rest of my life?
He's been married befor eand it didn't work out too well.
...

You were one of my best friends.
You were there with me since I was a baby.
We played together outside all the time.
We were growing older together.
...

I can still remember that day they told me...
They told me you had cancer.
I cried my eyes out for days and days.
A year or two went by and you were still there for me.
...

When I die I will miss the smell of a campfire and how relaxed it makes me feel.
When I die I will miss the flowers and how pretty they are.
When I die I will miss the snow and how pretty it made everything look.
When I die I will miss all the clothes and shoes that I have now.

Kristy opened me up today.
It felt so good to be out of that box- it felt so good to stretch out my body.
I was on that shelf for as long as I can remember.
I am used to just wearing one outfit for a long time.
But Kristy put a new outfit on me just about every day.
She gave me this really cool purple convertible that I can drive.
And boy did I look good in it.
One day she introduced me to a really cool guy named Ken.
He brightened up my days whenever I got to see him,
I will never forget that day she got tired of playing with me.
And I was put on a shelf again.
