Silence heals the pain
or at least tries to hide it
life is filled with shame
you just have to battle on
Indifference is not the answer
but part of the question
if you don’t solve the problem
it will never go away
At each turn new tragedy awaits
pushing you on
more heart break is yet to come
more surviving needed
Even though you left me behind
I’m still here for you
waiting for you to speak
and when you are ready to talk
I will be ready to listen
