1 Timothy 5: 8 Poem by Charles Exton

1 Timothy 5: 8

God makes it clear that next in line of priority under him is family
The greeks named this type of love Pragma which is a long love that will be lastingly
Throughout all of history and nature a man looks over its family casually
Children nowadays don't recognize they should be telling God thankfully
God blesses those family supporting men that do not come angrily
The men that do provide but come home without love ends in tragedy
The hardworking drunk father stereotype is a horrible travesty
That is against God's will and scripturally unmanly
Most of the Christian men that play their role as God intended live bashfully
If more people saw how well Gods plan works they would do it if they have sanity
Men who live close to God will not treat their family absently

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
But if anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for members of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
