If I could gain my happy childhood days
I would fight with my brother
For possessing all of our favourite toys
But we would be gentle seeing our mother.
If I came back to my childhood days
We would love to touch the drops of rain
Through the window of our cottage
And how happiness and joy I would gain!
Oh, if I got back those wintry evenings
When my father used to return from market
With cakes, sweets and play things
I would be happy to share those with my mates.
If I returned to my childhood days
I would make a world of bliss
And invite all of you my dear friends
To spend hours with you in peace.
