Tread the boards and see the world
Because the world’s a stage
Like the stories Shakespeare wrote
Could you be just one page?
Many times I’ve heard it said
You’ve been read like a book
But did you see the reader?
Who came to take a look?
So why not be an actor
To battle knights with swords
Before you turn another page
Go out and tread the boards
