.4. The Missing Key Poem by David Threadgold

.4. The Missing Key

Find me the key
That will open the door
Show me the way
So that I may explore

What are the secrets?
That could lie behind
A room full of riches
For me just to find

Where is the key
That keeps hidden from view
Let it be seen
So that I see it to

Or is it kept lost
For the door hides a horror
Forget my request
I’ll come back tomorrow
