The whole world felt like it was against me
was ready to attack anything on sight
too many idiots running around here
made me a walking target

Making out that they were gods
begging to be knocked off their perch
to watch them fall in flames
before plunging into the abyss

And then I looked into your eyes
and felt the anger drain away
without saying a word you destroyed my reasons
with your unconditional love

The world is still feels like it's against me
but now I have an ally on my team
if they still target me I can't feel it
life feels so much better when
you can walk with a dog by your side
