I get spasms when I try to rest
Or pain if I should walk
My words get jumbled up a bit
When I decide to talk
Should I decide to drive my car?
It’s hard to keep it straight
Forgetting where I’m going too
Arriving far to late
My eyes hurt when I’m reading
I can’t lift up a book
I’ve stumbled on the bedroom floor
And now I can’t get up
I hobble round our bedroom
But dare not go down stairs
To keep me safe from falling down
We both go down in pairs
With every night a sleepless one
Fatigue that makes me sick
My energy is draining fast
A cure I need and quick
