5 Steps For A Healthy Kid

1. Water Not Cola - Its the most important liquid that our body needs. Nowadays children are exposed to commercial drinks that can lead to lots of diseases.
2. Keep it Running- involve your child to a physical activity. It is important for healthy growth, development and well being of your children.
3. Eat More Fruit and Vege's- Yes Vege's and fruits i know some parents are having a hard time doing this but this foods are important it helps children grow and develop, boosts their system.
4. Avoid Junk Foods - This foods are waste it will just add extra weight.
5. Avoid to Much Electronic Devices- Sedentary lifestyle can lead your kids to overweight because it lessen the activeness of your children.
