972 Flowers Poem by V F

972 Flowers

Rating: 5.0

The flowers outside my window know true bliss
lives spent in golden sunshine,
bathed gently and loving by the breeze,
with equally pretty butterflies and bees
ardently courting them
on the morrow they will land on the rubbish heap
faded and forgotten
but today is all they know and
blaze joyously like there is no morrow.

The moment we are in is the only moment ~ all else illusion. Thanks for a lovely poem.

In other words, live for today there may be no tomorrow no regrets sadness or sorrows...
