A Blonde Sitting So Melancholy By The Coasts Of The Atlantic

By the coasts of the Atlantic,
See I a blonde, a belle sitting
And singing a song
On the one side the coast
While on the other
People of different cults and customs
Unawares of
Why she is sad,
Sitting morose and melancholy,
What is it that ails her heart
Which but none knows it
The cause of her sadness?

Is she the song of Americana
And the Americas
Or of Europe
Or Latin America
Or is it not at all?

Is she sad really?
What the stuff?
