Wake up a new day is upon us,
There's so much beauty to see everywhere.
The sun is beaming out marking the dawn,
And birds are chipping the song of the morn.

The wind blowing sweetly upon our skin.
The piercing gaze of the sun to awake our being,
The smell of the spring breeze to irritate our noses.
These all mark the taste of new beginnings.

A brand new slate to write a new tale.
A new adventure for me to undertake.
Fresh things to discover and achievements to gain.
Look around and see it is a brand new day
