Deafening Silence. Poem by Vin Ace

A chorus of emptiness, a cacophony of hush,
A symphony of stillness making my world fall.
The harmony of nothingness brings me to tears,
The loud quietness echoes deep in my ears.
The charge that once was, I cannot detect,
It was once love now I cannot tell.

The still chaos that rages within,
The peaceful turmoil that never ceases.
The quiet storm that brews inside,
The calm chaos I cannot hide.
My world falls apart with a piecing hush,
I can't fathom how our ties were cut.

A melody of nothing is all I know,
Screaming quietness like a deafening hush,
An emerging still from my world disintegrating,
The faceless pain that my mind is facing.
The one I once knew now imaginations figment,
With all that is left, a silence so deafening.
