A Complain To Him! Poem by Manisha Malani

When agony reached a point of no return,
When I wanted to change the place of mars and Saturn!
When stars mocked me,
When faces stalked me,
When I yelled and blamed from within…
The tears, they halted on my lids, the smiles, they paused on the lips,
And Pain passed through my veins, the hurt it made me nearly insane! !
All questions left unanswered, all issues left unresolved
All that could have and should have filled my mind,
Whether what happened, was entire my fault I could not decide!
Faith left me at a point when I needed it the most
Life turned hostile when I just wanted to befriend...
Looked like I asked a bit too much, looked like I desired the moon or the sun...
Denial would be tough I admit, but I would have got over it, I predict,
Like a naughty kid I would have found solace someday, somehow,
What burned me inside, what tore me apart, what shattered, what killed,
Is YOU took back what you gave, leaving me astounded and emptied! ! !
