A Desire Poem by Ayesha Shaikh

A Desire

Rating: 5.0

With a name that means desire,
And a spirit that won't retire,
Always dressed in modest attire,
Looking for new skills to acquire,
And aiming at flying higher,
What I seek,
Is to inspire.

An honest good start; just a little work on rhyming scheme can fill that tiny pothole. Kindly ready my poem " Just a Pace Away" and other poems as well, and give your honest opinions.

If I said I didn't like it, I would be a liar. Want to sell this? I have a buyer! It's really something to admire. Perhaps I'm preaching to the choir... Write another one; you're on fire!

Very nice. Your rhymes are smooth and flow from line to line except the last two lines- -but I do not mind that- -it gave a underlining to your topic!
