A Dream Poem by Ray Hansell

A Dream

Rating: 5.0

You sat there with a smile
That lit up the night
I thought to myself
What an incredible beautiful sight

Long straight black hair
Teeth that gleamed so white
Without even trying
She sure knows how to excite

Clothes that fit so perfectly
On a form that looks so good
When I see the word beauty
It is so clearly understood

I have never talked with you
But I see you all the time
Because of you these words I wrote
All came together in a rhyme
