A Dream By Yester – Night Poem by Deb Panda

A Dream By Yester – Night

A dream by yester-night has passed,
Through my strings of farthest land
A weakening voice – rose from chest –
Where pains perched –
to jump thousand miles.
And troubled –tossed mind of this lad,
Has far removed from serene land –
Pulled – I’ve told – I’ve screamed to be –
Mine – was about her early times
Dead within the empty heart.
I’ve heard –
Crying in crescent moons wonders,
And gliding charm not worried to catch all,
Those reams; dead in grey ash,
That faded before her last arrival.
And memories are dying out of memories,
Of spoilt time and space little,
But I foresee the days with dreams –
Like yester – night,
In funeral bid to the last will.
