A Early Morning Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

A Early Morning

Rating: 3.5

It is nice to witness early morning
everything is calm and quite without any warning
You may find pleasant time through out the day
you may feel different when start to pray

Even pin dropp can be heard
it is still not the time for birds
they are resting in the nests
they will the break the silence at first

The cattle may gather to go in heard
the morning prayers may have charming words
it is something you can term as unique
it is natural and there is no trick

What does it mean when some one hears'Alla-ho Akbar'*
God you are almighty and great as shining star
you are residing in heart and control the mind
where else we should try to go and find?

The Church's bell offer no less joy
we are like child as if offered with toy
he has the fife line to control and guide
we always offer prayers and seek to confide

The heavy bells ring in side the temple
this can be evident and must be seen as sample
these all combine make the morning very pleasant
the final preparation is now made by the peasants

It is time to plough the filed
the seeds must be in ground and firmly held
So when the rain drops make the earth wet
more crops may grow and increase the yield but yet to wait

This is not possible without His grace
It depends upon how we act and brace?
do we have that pure heart and innocent face?
or we are indulging in mad race?

It is observed by him but may not prefer to punish
he will never put his initials for it to finish
that will be done by us to invite the dawn fall
we deserve ill treatment without his call

No one stops us from believing the faith
this will go only with the natural death
is it irrelevant in the present day context?
we must only think what we can do as best

Each religion has got its own merit
geographically also it suits and fits
we have to follow simple essence of the religion
it has nothing to do with any zone or region

The God has taken enough care
You can feel His presence everywhere
Why you need to run here and there?
if you really think of him then he is very much here

it completely coincides and resonates
you need not to corroborate or narrate
we may be reluctant to act very late
the first time action will be taken in haste

Everything is said and not done
nothing has disappeared or gone
we have enough time to think with option
the unity may come only after some disruption
