It is very difficult
To swallow the insult
Not to end in positive result
It is weakness in built

It is easy to sustain wounds
It may heal with scars to be found
Insult doesn’t disappear or vanish
It may find ways to take revenge and finish

If you can digest
Result will be best
Tolerance is put to test
All rivalries is to rest

Forget and forgive
Less in it to believe
No more pain at heart
New beginning with good start
