A Gatherings Amongst Gods Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

A Gatherings Amongst Gods

A Gathering Among Gods

Shaped me a word,
Mouth,

Remember me
an idol God,

Falliable, infallible.
as all Gods must be,

In this Bible's episode
a come again,
resilient, ingenious Moses,

To survive this homilies,
humanities flocks,

Coronavirusplague
Teutonic plates,
Miles flooding,
swept,

Rascals attacks,
murders and rapes,

and bullying,
Fellowmen,
Countrywomen

Luscious lots
assembly members,

Charlottes and charlatans,
Sex givers or nuns,

Companions
and female friends,

Preening pretending,
as overwhelming
egalitarian,
equivalent of heavnly statures,

As Gods, goddesses,
a gatherings, armistice
among Gods
A gathering amongst us,
