A Happy Noise, The Happiest Poem by james watkin

A Happy Noise, The Happiest

A happy noise, the happiest
Is one that knows it
Breathed fresh life into. As what
Do these winds emit

Shorewards, with a shiver
Of excitation
I went down to hear. Now wave-broke
Of my own upon.
