A Haunting Power In This Pose Poem by Terence George Craddock

A Haunting Power In This Pose

there is a haunting power in this pose,
in the face, the turn of the head,
the outstretched hands spread reaching fingers;

how much comes from photographer pose choices,
how much from the yearning soul of the model,
what photo shoot goals preconceived sought ideals;

creates inevitable the instant in a moment in time;
